One example is the jeans robotic brushing: a special robotic plant wich saw us engaged successfully in search of a solution that offered special characteristics of flexibility and simplicity of use in consideration of the many types of work requested by the customer and the complete inexperience of employees in the use of industrial robot.
Human-machine interface of special robotic plant It was therefore implemented a special robotic plant equipped with an innovative operator interface, integrated directly on the mobile console of the robot, in order to facilitate the complete control of the plant (setting the parameters of production, diagnostics, maintenance, manual controls, etc.). In particular, the software program of the robot was designed to allow the definition of a new format in a few minutes, referring to a graphic representation of trousers on which can be drawn the paths-work of robot using the simple indication of start and end work points and a few other parameters such as the number of runs and the speed. The information, being graphically introduced on the display of the robot by operator, are then compiled, in completely transparent way, by the management software that takes care of calculating the trajectories of the robot and optimize the path. The special robotic plant was completed with a self-diagnosis software for instant recognition of any failure or refusal to production cycle: at the appearance of a failure, the operator is warned by a notification sound and on display appear a message that describe the failure.
