Robot for press line enslavement "IRIS PRESS LINE"

Robot for press line enslavement Since some years we operate successfully in the field of presses for sheet metal, with particular reference to the automotive sector and the industry for the production of household appliances. In these areas, the complexity of the operations of molding often requires the use of a high number of presses put in series and, therefore, the adoption of robot for the press enslavement to reduce production costs and increase production efficiency of the plant. We specialize in automation of those press line through anthropomorphic robot (Kuka, ABB, Comau, Fanuc, etc.) since they ensure performance and flexibility much higher than the traditional systems of feeding through transfer or equivalent.
Strength of our press lines enslavement plants is the complex management software that, exploiting the full interconnection of robots and presses through local communications networks (Profibus, DeviceNet, Ethernet), gives the dynamic optimization of cycle time. In this operative mode, the robot automatically and dynamically correct the speed of their work in order to synchronize both with relatives presses coupled and with the others robots participants in operations. The end result is a dramatic increase in the efficiency of press line compared to traditional methods of loading (manuals or automatics).
The system of planning and management is also simple and intuitive: the normal operations over the plant (such as the exchange-format, parameters setting or viewing the operation state) are accessible directly from the supervisory PC. Similarly the introduction of a new format can be made in minutes (even by someone not particularly prepared), just self-learning some critical points on the path of the robot and/or introducing the size of the product to enslave.

At request our press line enslavement plants can be equipped with additional modules such as:
    Feeding systems
    Sheet exfolation (mechanical or electro-magnetic)
Custom holding devices for the robot
Custom options into software and add-on devices
Monitoring systems, supervision and collection of statistical data
    Remote assistence
