Robotic paint systems "IRIS PAINT"

Robotic painting plant Our painting robot is the result of our experience and know-how in the field of application of paint: flexible solutions ranging from complete robotic paint systems, to automation process, to individual products of painting. The extremely careful design and the use of dedicated painting robot of best-known global brands (such as ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Motoman, and others) guarantee:
Applicability to all painting systems, whether based on
solvents, water or dust
High efficiency of plant
Exceptional quality of finishes
Savings of 20-30% of product compared to traditional
painting methods
The flexibility to address successfully the market change
Rapid return of investment costs

Our robotic paint systems found widespread applications in many areas, as:
Automotive industry (wheels, bodywork, interiors)
Wood industry (furniture, fixtures)
Ceramics industry
Electric and electronic components
Appliances
Plastics

The programming system is simple and intuitive, thanks to the appropriate software for parameterization and self-learning. Through the display of control panel you can quickly choose between a thousand of default work programs, allowing production stops for format-exchange that does not go beyond the few seconds. The software program was also designed to allow the introduction of a new format in a very short time (even by someone not particularly prepared), using one of the following options:
Changing the parameters of work (eg distance of the gun from piece, the inclination of the
gun, speed of movement, number of the runs, etc.)
Programming off-line with simulation of the real situation (to avoid the interruption of the
normal production cycle)
Self-learning through manual move of the robot (The operator performs the necessary
movements to the execution of the job and the robot memorizes)

The paintin robot is also equipped with a self-diagnosis software for instant recognition of any failure or refusal to production cycle: at the appearance of a failure, the operator is warned by a notification sound and on display appear a message that describe the failure.

Other optional features of our robotic paint systems are:
Conveyor and line tracking (for the painting of moving parts)
    Systems for quick color exchange
    Bi-component systems
Protection against the risk of deflagration according to Atex
Custom options into software and add-on devices
    Remote assistence
Interfacing via fieldbus (eg Profibus, DeviceNet, etc) with other equipments
Monitoring systems, supervision and collection of statistical data
