Our robotic machines enslavement systems, fully automatic and capables of working independently without the supervision of any operator, find application in the sector of mechanic industry and metals processing (brass, iron, steel, aluminum). The robotic machines anslavement systems are designed and sized according to customer requirements in order to adapt to any new or existing machine. In collaboration is analyzed the type of enslavement, is choosed the type of robot (scara, anthropomorphic, cartesian) that best fits the required enslavement characteristic, considering the type, size and weight (up to hundreds of kilograms) of the workpiece. In implementing the robotic machines enslavement systems, we use robots and components of the most famous producers such as Kuka, ABB, Comau, Fanuc, Adept, Kawasaki.
At the machines enslavement robot, upon request, can be applied the Robot Guidance camera with our machine vision systems IRIS VIS 2, developed in order to ensure the recognition, selection, quality control or timing of the product.
The programming system is simple and intuitive, thanks to the appropriate software of parameterization and self-learning. Through a mobile console you can quickly choose among a thousand of enslavement default cycles, allowing production stops for exchange-format that does not go beyond the few seconds. The software program was also designed to allow the introduction of a new recipe in minutes (even by someone not particularly prepared), just self-learning some critical points and/or introducing the size of the product to enslave.
The machines enslavement robot has a complex software for instant recognition of any failure or refusal to production cycle: In case of failure, the operator is warned by a notification sound and on display come out a message with a description of fault.

Optionally the robotic machines enslavement systems can be equipped with additional modules such as:
    Vision systems
    Belts, dumpers, dosing
    Rotating machinery stores
    Machines for deburring and grinding the piece outside of the process (in-line or at end-line)
