Our robot depalletizing is designed to efficiency, flexibility and ease of use.
The modular structure was expressly designed to allow to offer the most suitable solution for any use, allowing the depalletization of:
Boxes
Cases
Panels
Rolls
Sacks
Drums
Various manufactured goods
Depending on the type of product and production needs, the depalletization may occur through the picking and handling either
a full layer of the pallet or the individual product (possibly in combination
with artificial vision system IRIS VIS 2 for the automatic recognition
of items on the pallet and the determination of pick quotes).
The programming of the depalletizing robot is simple and intuitive, thanks to the appropriate software for parameterization and self-learning.
Through the mobile console of the robot depalletizer is possible to quickly choose between a
thousand of default work programs, allowing production stops for exchange-format that does not go beyond the few seconds.
The software program was also designed to allow the introduction of a new depalletization format
in minutes (even by someone not particularly prepared), using one of the following options:
Changing the parameters of work (eg number of layers, layer height, number of rows and
columns by layer, etc.)
"Introduction" of the arrangement of products on pallet in 3D graphics
Automatic recognition of objects by vision system
Self-learning of the work-points of the robot depalletizing
Out automatic depalletizer is also equipped with a self-diagnosis software for instant recognition of any failure or refusal to production cycle:
at the appearance of a failure, the operator is warned by a notification sound and on display appear a message that describe the failure.
Other optional features of the robot depalletizer are:
Managing multi-line (for managing contemporary 1 to 5 entrance stations and as many
output)
Removing layers separators
Station stacking empty pallets
Stations for evacuation and/or weighing the depalletized product
Custom options into software and add-on devices
Transporters and relatives equipments
Possibility of product recognition with barcodes or vision systems
Interfacing via fieldbus (eg Profibus, DeviceNet, etc) with other equipments
Monitoring systems, supervision and collection of statistical data of the robot depalletizing
Our automatic depalletizer
is on the high end of its category, despite the price low and extremely competitive.
