Information under article 13 of legislative decree 196/03 "Code for the protection of personal data".
Abstract
Following the rules dictated by legislative decree 196/03 "Protection Code of Personal Data" we provide the following information about the
use of personal data acquired by IRIS Srl in connection with contractual relations occurred (or those who can be interested in the future) with customers,
suppliers and any other type of contact.
Source of personal data
The data in our possession, acquired in connection with contractual relations, is collected directly from the person concerned.
All data collected will be treated in compliance with current legislation, and in any case, with due confidentiality.
Purpose of treatment
The collection or processing of personal data has the exclusive purpose of providing adequate procedures linked to the accomplishment
of the economy of our society and in particular for the needs prior to signing a contract, to fulfill contractual obligations towards the
implementation of an act, multiple acts or series of transactions necessary, to carry out those obligations, to implement at any public or
private with the administration or related equipment to the contract, to implement obligations to comply with legal requirements.
Processing methods
In relation to the stated purpose, the processing of personal data is done using manual, or computer technology with
logic strictly related to the purposes and, anyway, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of data in accordance with that law.
Nature of the collection
For the conclusion and implementation of the contractual relationship, the collection of personal data is also mandatory.
Having to give way to compliance tax and law, refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relationships with the company.
The treatment does not require consent.
Communication and divulging
Personal data and its treatment will be subject to disclosure to companies for conducting economic activities
(trade, management, management information systems, insurance, banking or no banking, factoring, management of shipping, sending mail)
or for the performance of rules of law (studies, accountants, lawyers). The data will not be disclosed.
May come to the attention of the processor data and the following categories of persons in charge of treatment: shopping area, administrative area.
Rights of interested
The interested may contact the Privacy Service at the data management owner to verify their data and integrate them, update or correct and/or
exercise other rights provided by art. 7 of the Code.
